1047 - Effective Date and ESAC Required with Displayed Data Element - Priority Reject

This alert is generated when:

• The ESAC or Eligibility Information Effective Date is missing on an eligibility update transaction; OR
• An eligibility update transaction is releasing a Hold and a data element not valid for this action is included on the transaction: new Aid Code, new serial number, new FBU, new person number, new share of cost (SOC) amount, pre/post code; OR
• One of the following data elements is included on an eligibility update transaction and the ESAC is missing: new Aid Code, new serial number, new FBU, new person number, new share of cost (SOC) amount, pre/post code.
