9015 - Current SSI/SSP Payment or Elig-Status Change Reported - Action

This alert is generated when an SSI/SSP update changed the current SSI/SSP payment amount or eligibility status of the recipient (e.g., active on QMB program). The changes include:

Medi-Cal Aid Code
SSP eligible amount
SSP paid amount
SDX transaction code
SDX payment status code.

Action Required

Review the data contained on the alert and the client’s INQX screen to determine whether or not the SSI/SSP payment amount or eligibility status change impacts the client’s eligibility.

If NO impact, no further action is required.
If the change impacts the client’s eligibility, the EW must take the appropriate actions to determine continued eligibility for the client.
