9024 - Critical Client Data Changed - Check for Elig Impact - Action

This alert is generated to notify the EW that another entity (e.g., Social Security, MAXIMUS, etc.) has submitted an update to MEDS and certain critical client data fields are updated as a result. The critical client data fields include:

MEDS-ID
Birthdate
Sex
Address.

Action Required

The EW must verify the change and determine whether the change is accurate and if it impacts eligibility for the client.

If the change on MEDS is correct, update the appropriate Data Collection page(s) with the new information.
If the change on MEDS is INCORRECT, notify the other agency, if possible, so that they can have their records corrected. Submit an SCD 1296 requesting the MTO to correct the record on MEDS if needed.
