Integrated Document Management (IDM)
Introduction
The IDM system is focused on improving the access of work-related documents to Social Services Agency (SSA) employees. The IDM system allows SSA to preserve and backup existing documents while reducing storage space requirements, providing for faster, easier, and secure retrieval of documents and case information by multiple concurrent users. The full system is comprised of the following three applications:
- BarCode Generator - Web-Based Barcode Generating Application.
- Capture - Scanning and Indexing of Paper Documents.
- Retrieval - Web-Based Search and Retrieval to View Documents.
