- 1095-B Form Tax information
- APTC eligibility information for tracking purpose only
Federal Sources Supply Information About
- State Data Exchange (SDX)
- Beneficiary Data Exchange (BENDEX)
- Medicare Buy-In Information
- Verification of SSNs.
County Sources Supply Information About
- Medi-Cal, CalWORKs, and/or CalFresh eligibility status
- Name, DOB, County-ID, etc.
- Alien/Refugee statistical data (including information on Alien Number, Date of Entry, Country of Birth, etc.). MEDS/CDB Updates and Processes
