  • Share-of-cost certification
  • Restricted service information
  • 1095-B Form Tax information
  • APTC eligibility information for tracking purpose only

Federal Sources Supply Information About 

  • State Data Exchange (SDX)
  • Beneficiary Data Exchange (BENDEX)
  • Medicare Buy-In Information
  • Verification of SSNs.

County Sources Supply Information About 

  • Medi-Cal, CalWORKs, and/or CalFresh eligibility status
  • Name, DOB, County-ID, etc.
  • Alien/Refugee statistical data (including information on Alien Number, Date of Entry, Country of Birth, etc.). MEDS/CDB Updates and Processes
