This alert is generated when a Release Date from the EW32 transaction was added to MEDS indicating an individual is no longer incarcerated.

Action Required

• Confirm contact information (i.e.mailing/residence address) is current.
• Determine if individual’s Medi-Cal has been reactivated. If not, evaluate an appropriate Medi-cal program for the individual.
