6018 - Critical Field Discrepancies - Displayed Fields Not Updated - Alert
This alert is generated when:
- A matching record is found on MEDS and the transition COUNTY-ID and birthdate match MEDS,
- The CalSAWS Recon record does not contain critical eligibility errors,
- Data field discrepancies in critical recon fields are identified, and
- The last change date on MEDS was on or after the creation date of the CalSAWS Recon file (for eligibility data), or the Client change date on MEDS was on or after the creation date of the county Recon file (for client data).
Only reportable and updatable data fields are displayed on this alert. The CalSAWS Recon record may also contain errors in non-critical eligibility fields. If this is the case, a Recon validation alert was generated for each non-critical data field in error.
Refer to MEDS Critical and Non-Critical Data Fields; Reportable and Non-Reportable Data Fields; and Other Definitions for more information.
Action Required
Review all the alerts generated for the CalSAWS transaction to identify the data fields in error displayed on MEDS Online Worker Alert Detail INWD screen; and review the discrepant data in CalSAWS. If necessary, change the data in CalSAWS to reflect the correct data and/or complete an SCD 1296 requesting the MTO to match MEDS with CalSAWS information.
