6016 - Critical Elig Error On Co Record - No Match On MEDS - Urgent

This alert is generated when:

A CalSAWS Recon record for the displayed eligibility segment type is not found on MEDS, and
The CalSAWS Recon record contained invalid data in one or more critical eligibility fields.

A Recon update was not generated because there is not a matching MEDS record. When this alert is generated, no further reconciliation is done for the Recon transaction.

Action Required

The EW must review all the associated alerts to identify the data fields in error displayed on MEDS Online Worker Alert Detail INWD screen. Update CalSAWS to reflect the correct data and complete an SCD 1296 requesting the MTO to establish eligibility on MEDS, if necessary.
