This alert is generated to advise the EW that CDHS has changed the recipient’s OHC code on MEDS for the future month.

The alert has triggered an automatic action to change the OHC information on the Other Health Care Detail page in CalSAWS.

Action Required

The EW MUST review the INQM and HIAR screens to determine the new OHC.

• Compare information on MEDS against the Other Health Care Detail page.
  • If CalSAWS is updated with the new OHC information by the automatic action, no further action is required.
  • If CalSAWS does not have the current OHC information, update the Other Health Care Detail page to match MEDS.
