8024 - IRS Document Returned As Undeliverable - Priority Accept

This alert is generated when the IRS 1095-B mail has been returned as undeliverable and a NFRA is sent to request the client to contact their EW for correction.

Action Required

Complete an ex parte review including verifications in IDM, companion cases (CalFresh/GA/CalWORKs), CalSAWS/CalHEERS and MEDS. If the EW locates the most recent address, update the new address in CalSAWS/CalHEERS and check MEDS in two working days. After the correction is made, a new 1095-B form with correct mailing address will be mailed to a client via batch process.
Follow the returned mail process when the EW is unable to locate the new address.
