Control Clerk

Introduction

Listings of cases to be assigned by the district office Control Clerk are sent by the assigned Management Analyst. It is the responsibility of the Control Clerk to assign cases in the most expedient manner possible. Expedient movement and tracking of cases is critical to district office operations. Cases are assigned at district offices per transfer procedures and the worker’s supervisor sent a list of newly assigned cases.

The following is a listing of Control Clerk caseload numbers used for transfer. Some offices have more than one Control number specific to language, program, and special indicators of cases. Refer to district office procedures for further information.
