"Generic Continuing Caseload Control" (DSR00648R)

Introduction

The “Generic Continuing Caseload Control” (DSR00648R) is a computerized report produced and posted under the DEBS/All Continuing/Administration Continuing folder of Business Object on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with the exception of “Dead Night.” The report displays the following:

  • The Office number.
  • The Caseload number.
  • Total Number of cases in his/her caseload number.
  • The Second language of the Eligibility Worker (as certified by the Agency and recorded on the SSA Personnel Code files).
  • The Percentage of language cases in the worker’s caseload.

General Policy

The Management Analyst is responsible for monitoring and updating the DSR00648R as cases are assigned. 

Note: CONTROL CLERKS MUST NEVER TAKE WORKERS OVER STANDARD IN EITHER LANGUAGE OR CASELOAD STANDARD. All urgent/emergency cases given to the Control Clerk must be assigned immediately.
