Family Services (FS) Program Cal-OAR Measure

Cal-OAR includes the Family Stabilization Transitions to WTW Engagement Rate. To capture clients in the measure numerator and denominator, FS ECs and ECs will make the following entries in CalSAWS: 

• The FS EC will update the Family Stabilization Detail page, with an end date and select Yes from Transitioned from Family Stabilization to WTW [Y/N] section, upon case transfer to CMEC.
• When the client participates in a WTW activity, the CMEC updates the Activity Progress Summary page with activity hours participated.

Note: This rate looks at the timeliness of former FS clients who participated in a WTW activity within 3 months of the exit from FS.
