- “Offered [Y/N]” is selected with “Yes” with date entered
- “Participation [Y/N]” is selected with “Yes” with a begin date
- Enter the end date when client ends Home Visiting Program
- Within 90 days of HVP completion, ensure there is a WTW activity with an activity status reflecting Actual Start Date.
Status Reports
For each home visit, a status report will be provided by home visitation staff assigned to the case via email to CWES at: ssa_cwescm_fax@ssa.sccgov.org
Upon receipt of the email with status report, designated CWES clerical staff will distribute report to the assigned EC for follow-up. The status report will include the type of home visiting-related activities for developing the WTW Plan, or indicate referrals made to other parties. Reports will be provided within 3 days of each home visit. Refer CalWORKs Home Visiting - Welfare-to-Work (WTW) Participation to for additional information.
Satisfactory Progress
Unless exempt, WTW clients are required to make satisfactory progress, including clients participating in home visitation-related activities. Refer to Making Satisfactory Progress (MSP) - Determining Satisfactory Progress.
