This alert is generated when an EW32 transaction was submitted to add another Incarceration Date to MEDS record that currently has an active incarceration.

Action Required

• Verify an individual’s incarceration record on [INQU] screen.
• If the Incarceration Date/Release Date needs to be corrected, re-submit the EW32 transaction to correct the Incarceration Date/Release Date.
