9032 - EW 11 - Critical Client Data Changed; Check For System Update - Alert
This alert is generated when the county or other entity with the active record/ application combined or linked by an EW 11 transaction is different from the county that initiated the transaction, and one or more of the following occurred:
- MEDS-IDs were swapped between the two records;
- CINs were swapped between the two records;
- Birthdate on the to-be-frozen record was changed to match the birthdate of the ongoing record; or
- MEDS-ID on the to-be-frozen record was changed to a pseudo MEDS-ID.
Action Required
The EW must verify the MEDS-ID, CIN, and birthdate on the affected MEDS record. Correct the data in CalSAWS to match MEDS, if necessary.
