0002 - Failed Length Check - Incorrect Number of Characters - Accept

The field displayed on the alert has either too many or too few characters for that fields, resulting in a non-fatal error.

This error was caused by an incomplete address. MEDS will accept the transaction, but sets the “Address Flag” to 2. This prevents the mailing of BICs (Benefit Identification Card) for all eligible persons.

Action Required

Correct the address on the Contact Summary/Address Detail page. This entry will trigger CalSAWS to generate a transaction to MEDS, which will correct the address on the record and release the Address Flag.
