This alert is generated when data submitted in this transaction is not valid for a particular data field.

The INWD screenscreen has an EW30 (Modify) online transaction with 43 Aid Code and the client’s name is not entered.

ReviewReview the INWS screen.

The INWS screen lists a few online transactions that need correction. CalSAWS lists person 05’s first and last name. This person is in the home and requesting aid and known in CalSAWS. The Person Clearance must be completed.

Action Required

Corrective action will depend on what caused the error initially.

It may be necessary to process Person Clearance since the client is known in CalSAWS, but not on MEDS.
Verify whether the record has been placed in Hold by looking for MEDS Alert 2502 “Recipient In Hold Status” on the same day as this alert; or by going to the INQS Client Inquiry Summary screen and selecting an eligibility screen.
Compare client’s data (MEDS-ID, County ID, Aid Code, Name, DOB, Sex, Address, etc.) on MEDS and CalSAWS/CalHEERS and correct the discrepancies.
