0003 - Invalid Character Within Field - Reject

Invalid characters were input in a field such as Physical Address or Mailing Address field on the Address Detail page, resulting in a fatal error and preventing a form 1095-B from creation. MEDS will only accept alpha, numeric, spaces and special characters (hyphen, period, slash, and pound sign).

Action Required

Correct the entry in CalSAWS to be acceptable to MEDS and resubmit the transaction.
