6011 - Key Client ID Field Discrepancies – Check Food Stamp Elig - Action

This alert is generated when:

  • A matching record with Food Stamp eligibility is found on CDB, but
  • The COUNTY-ID and/or birthdate does not match CDB, and
  • The last change date on MEDS was PRIOR to the creation date of the CalSAWS Recon file.

A Recon update transaction was not generated to place the Food Stamp record in a Hold status because the Food Stamp information on MEDS is not used to determine the Food Stamp benefits.

When this alert is generated, no further reconciliation is done for the Recon transaction.

Action Required

The EW must compare the key ID fields (birthdate and COUNTY-ID) on the CalSAWS record against MEDS. Change the data in CalSAWS, if needed, to reflect the correct data and complete an SCD 1296 requesting the MTO to correct any erroneous data on MEDS/CDB, if necessary.
