6012 - Key Client ID Field Discrepancies - No Recon Update - Alert

This alert is generated when:

A matching record is found on MEDS for the displayed eligibility segment type, but
The COUNTY-ID and/or birthdate does not match MEDS, and
The last change date on MEDS for the Recon transaction segment type was on or after the creation date of the CalSAWS Recon file.

A Recon update was not generated because the MEDS information was presumed to be more current.

When this alert is generated, no further reconciliation is done for the Recon transaction.

Action Required

The EW must compare the key ID fields (birthdate and COUNTY-ID) on the CalSAWS record against MEDS. Change the data in CalSAWS, if necessary, to reflect the correct information and complete an SCD 1296 requesting the MTO to correct any erroneous data on MEDS, if necessary.
