Appeals Unit
The Appeals unit receives hearing requests for State Hearings and County Hearings. County Hearings are specific to GA Appeal Hearings and procedures for processing these hearings are slightly different than State Hearings.
The Appeals clerical unit has four different “Rotation” groups. Each group has specific duties assigned to them and are outlined in the following pages.
