Providing CalWIN Case Information to Social Workers
When requested by a Social Worker, the CST or OSIII ID’s the case and provides the case worker information, MEDS screens, and a temporary Medi-Cal card.
OSII staff also ID’s cases and documents in CalWIN and provide appropriate information to Social Workers.
