Noncompliance - No Contact by the 20th Day

If the client does not keep the appointment for the cause determination interview and has not contacted the EC by the 20th day, the cause determination will be based on available information, including information on the "Request for Good Cause Determination" (WTW 27).

After the CalWORKs Employment Services Supervisor/Lead has implemented the sanction, the EC will issue the “Request to Meet Welfare to Work Rules to Get My Cash Aid Back” (WTW 31) and “Would You Like to Have Your Cash Aid Back” (SCD 194) to the client.
