Unemancipated Teen

If an unemancipated teenage parent (age 16 or 17) is living with his or her parent(s) or legal guardian, that parent or guardian may attend any cause determination or compliance meetings held with the teenager.

Teen Notice (SC 1780)

The SC 1780 must be sent to the parent(s) of the unemancipated 16 or 17 year old when the NA 840 or NA 845 is issued to inform them of the participation problem and the cause determination process.
