1507 - No Matching County-IDs Found For Case Update Transaction - Reject
This alert is generated when a Modify/Change transaction (e.g., EW30, FX30, EW10, etc.) is sent to MEDS/CDB either through CalSAWS or the MTO to update a MEDS/CDB record, and no County-ID is found that matches the County-ID reported in the transaction.
This error has numerous causes. This could be the result of a previously uncorrected MEDS/CDB error. Either there is:
A MEDS/CDB record for this client with a DIFFERENT County-ID, OR
The County-ID sent in the transaction contains missing or invalid character(s), OR
The County-ID is not known to the MEDS Network County-ID Cross-Reference File OR
There may be NO MEDS/CDB record for the client identified in the transaction.
Action Required
Review both MEDS/CDB and CalSAWS to determine why the MEDS Network cannot find the record.
If the County-IDs on MEDS/CDB and CalSAWS do not match, correct the problem(s) and resubmit the transaction with the correct County-ID. This may involve correcting the County-ID on MEDS to match CalSAWS (via the MTO) or correcting CalSAWS to match the County-ID on MEDS/CDB through the CalSAWS nightly batch process.
