2064 - Invalid History Change - Elig to Ineligible Status - Reject

This alert is generated when an attempt is made to change a recipient’s eligibility status from eligible to ineligible for a month in which Medi-Cal benefits have already been approved. This is never allowable.

Action Required

Review EDBC Results in CalSAWS to ensure the eligibility results for the recipient are correct.

If it shows a PASS result and benefits (aid code) match what is shown on MEDS, no further action is required.
If it shows a FAIL result:
- Review Data Collection to ensure all relevant data and the Effective Begin and End Dates are entered correctly.
- Re-run EDBC. If appropriate, do not evaluate benefit discrepancy for the affected month(s) or Bottom Line Override (BLO) should be required to match MEDS. If the correct eligibility should be a PASS result and all relevant date is updated in CalSAWS, re-evaluate the affected month(s).
