This alert is generated when a matching record for the displayed eligibility segment type was not found on MEDS and the county transaction does not contain invalid data in any critical eligibility fields.

A Recon update (FR20/RC20) was generated to add the CalSAWS transaction to MEDS.

Action Required

The EW must review the eligibility data in CalSAWS and MEDS to confirm the recon generated action is correct.

If information on CalSAWS and MEDS matches, no further action is required.
If information DOES NOT match, change the data in CalSAWS to reflect the correct data and/or initiate an update via SCD 1296 to MEDS to match MEDS with CalSAWS information.
