Asset Verification Inquiry (ABD Only) (Option A)
This option displays a list of Options to view Asset Verifications for an ABD beneficiary.
The list of Options are:
- FI - Financial Institution
- RP - Real Property
- AC - Aircraft
- WC - Water
To select one of Asset Verification Options above, choose Option “A”choose Option “A” from the IEVS Main Menu, enter an SSN, and press Enter.
The Asset Verification Summary screenAsset Verification Summary screen will appear and display only Option(s) that has/have the available information for retrieval.
Financial Institution List Screen
This screen lists institution names and account balance associated to the selected SSN.
From the Asset Verification Summary screen:
- Type "FI" and press Enter. The Financial Institution List screenFinancial Institution List screen will appear to display only available institution information with the account number that has a highlighted "Line" to select.
- Enter two digits Line number and press Enter.
The Financial Institution Balance Inquiry screen Financial Institution Balance Inquiry screen will appear to display the history balance of the selected institution and the date when the account was opened.
Real Property Inquiry Screen
This screen lists real property owned by the beneficiary associated to the selected SSN.
From the Asset Verification Summary screen:
- Type "RP" and press Enter. The Real Property Inquiry screen Real Property Inquiry screen will appear to display the property address, the owner/seller name, recording date, sale date, and its value.
Aircraft Detail Screen
This screen lists aircraft owned by the beneficiary associated to the selected SSN.
From the Asset Verification Summary screen:
Type "AC" and press Enter. The Aircraft Detail screen Aircraft Detail screen will appear to display the aircraft’s serial number, model, manufacture name, and certification issue date, etc.
Watercraft Detail Screen
This screen lists watercraft owned by the beneficiary associated to the selected SSN.
From the Asset Verification Summary screen:
Type "AC" and press Enter. The Watercraft Detail screen Watercraft Detail screen will appear to display the watercraft’s ID, model, title status, etc.
