Inquiry Options Available to Workers

In addition to the IEVS Applicant/Recipient Abstract in CalSAWS, a limited query is available through the IEVS Main Menu screens on MEDS for matches completed within the past 60 days.

Four (4) inquiry options are available for EWs to use:

Individual Asset Inquiry (Option I)
Whole Case Applicant Inquiry (Option W)
Known to Welfare (Option K)
Asset Verification Inquiry (ABD Only) (Option A)

Exception: The following matches are not online; they are only available through the IEVS Applicant Abstract in CalSAWS:

CalWORKs/Food Stamp Disqualification Data
Overpayment/Overissuance Information
Forty-Quarter Work History, and
National Prisoner Match.
