Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) for GA Payments

For General Assistance (GA), the personal needs portion of the grant is issued via EBT or may be issued through direct deposit if the client prefers. Vendor payments are issued by warrant or through direct deposit, based on the vendor’s preference. All recipients shall receive their monthly grant for personal needs in one payment.
