6013 - Critical Elig Error On Co Record - Recon Hold Generated - Urgent
This alert is generated when:
- A matching record is found on MEDS for the displayed eligibility segment type, and
- The COUNTY-ID and birthdate match MEDS, but
- The CalSAWS Recon record contains critical eligibility errors, and
- The last change date on MEDS was PRIOR to the creation date of the CalSAWS Recon file.
A Recon update was generated to place the MEDS record in a Hold status because the county information is presumed to be more current.
When this alert is generated, no further reconciliation was done for the Recon transaction.
Refer to Data Element Dictionary Overview for the definition of Segment Type.
Refer to Critical and Non-Critical Data Fields.
Action Required
The EW must review all the associated alerts generated to identify the incorrect data fields displayed on MEDS Online Worker Alert Detail INWD screen. Update CalSAWS to reflect the correct data and complete an SCD 1296 requesting the MTO to correct the errors on MEDS and remove the Hold status, if necessary.
