Clerical Functions
The following sections provide a list of clerical functions for Task Clerk/Office Specialist (OS II)/Stock Clerk and Client Service Technician/Office Specialist (CST)/OS III.
Some functions listed under Task Clerk may be performed by OS III/CSTs per office procedures.
Task Clerk/Office Specialist II Functions
Listed below are the desk priorities for a Task Clerk. Details for some functions are described in an individual chapter of the Clerical Handbook:

- Schedule Immediate Need/Expedited Services appointments [Refer to “Immediate Need and Expedited Services”]

Office Specialist (OS) III, OS III/Client Services Technician (CST) Functions
The functions listed below are major assignments of the OS III, and/or CST:
