Employment & Retention Services - Minimum Wage Ordinance
Below is the state minimum wage ordinance for the upcoming years. Although various local municipalities may have higher minimum wages, when computing the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for non-paid work activities, the California state minimum wage is used.
