Welfare-to-Work (WTW) Plan Completion of Degrees License Detail Page

The EW or AEC/EC is to update the client's educational level on the Degrees License Detail page in CalSAWS. AECs/ECs are to enter educational data in CalSAWS on each participant at appraisal and for the duration of their participation in CWES. If the client does not have a high school diploma or GED, select Highest Grade Completed in the Type drop list, enter the highest grade completed in the Title field and enter the appraisal date in the Date Received field. 

When the AEC/EC updates the school activity Status to Completed with a Status Reason of Completed Satisfactory in the Customer Activity Detail page and the completion is a result of receiving a certificate, degree or diploma, the AEC/EC is to add a record on the Degrees Licenses List page.
