Welfare-to-Work (WTW) Plan - Modification of a Plan
A client is referred back to Assessment when there is a change in the vocational goal(s) for non-SB 1232 clients. The AEC/EC must determine good cause and the client must have time on their 60-month time limit. A change of service provider does not require a referral back to Assessment; however, supervisor approval is required.
Refer to CWES Assessment - Referral for Assessment (WTW Plan Modifications).
